During the Passover Holiday my little sister turned 18!
So we packed our bags and headed north for a couple of days to celebrate and spend time with her. 
This year i was limited with time so i literally threw together this cake for her. I was in a slight dilemma about how exactly i was going to transport a Mousse cake on a rather long (well a few hours) car ride. It wasnt the jerking i was afraid of... it was the melting i was fearing!!

It wasnt the jerking i was afraid of... it was the melting i was fearing!! Well.. it all turned out well in the end. And actually it was a yummy scrummy cake. All thanks to the 'Australian Home Beautiful' magazine for the delicious recipe! haha. If anyone wants a delicious 'Dark chocolate and rum mousse cake' recipe... just let me know!
We had a lovely afternoon picnic in the gardens of the guest home my sister volunteers at. Dave's family came to celebrate with her also. The weather couldn't have been better!
Then we all hopped into our cars and headed to Gamla. Gamla is well known for its eagles and its beautiful hike.

I love Gamla, but I'm glad I didn't have to do that hike with two toddlers in tow while pregnant! Hats off to Amy and David!
